Mathematical Systems & Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1998 to bring breakthrough research in algorithmic improvements to new software implementations for some of the most difficult computational modeling domains. During the first 15 years of the company, those developments included a suite of time- and frequency-domain computational electromagnetic solvers based on recently developed methods that give these algorithms orders of magnitude improvements in computational time and cost over previous approaches. These methods have also overcome the limitations of past approaches (such as those based on approximate-physics methods) and, by using exact-physics representations, can achieve a high degree of accuracy for complex simulations that were previously impossible.
